It’s April, and as promised we are getting #StrongForSpring
Every month we will be posting monthly challenges that will help us reach the end goal of the month.
For April, it’s the #StrongCoreChallenge Your goal is to successfully accomplish a 5 minute+ plank by the end of the month. Every day during the month of April, you will have to do a standard plank for a certain amount of time. Until we progressively work our way up to a 5 minute plank.
