Be Strong Fitness Group Training
We believe that Group Fitness training Sessions are the perfect way to gain confidence, become motivated, and set goals. Our sessions are fun, innovative, and will always leave you feeling refreshed, energised and strong. We design each and every session individually to ensure a safe, strong, full body workout.
- Small class sizes, 6-10 participants maximum
- Innovative high interval, cardio and weight training sessions that assure a full body work out
- All sessions are women only, and are designed for women of all fitness levels.
- Hands on training provided to each participant to reach their maximum potential during each session
- Sessions that are designed for women to gain strength, endurance, and confidence
