That’s why we were really excited when Outside Online, featured an article on athleticism appropriately titled “Why You Need To Be Doing More Burpees” . Michael Joyner (2013), outlines and provides an in depth explanation of why it is important to Be Strong.  He explains that strength training is essential for a fuller longer life. Strength training is a key component to living longer, especially in older adults. It provides us with the ability to do our favourite activities without the worry of bone breakage, muscle failure, or lack of power or capability.
